TRAVEL AWARD RULES AND AGREEMENT

1. All special requests including airfare, hotel or any other travel accommodation will result in additional charges to the participant. These rules are all subject to change based on airline policies or hotel rules of use that may change prior to travel. Participants are responsible for any additional charges that may occur accordingly.
2. All trips are offered to the participant by the Sponsoring Company and are limited to the terms as defined by the Sponsoring Company.
3. Trips are not transferable and no alternative will be offered if registered owners cannot attend or if they fail to register before October 23rd, 2009.
4. Trip winners will be responsible for travel to and from the departure airport of SeaTac, in Seattle, WA or PDX in Portland, OR.
5. Trip winners and guests must be 21 years or older, have valid ID for travel and provide a major credit card to set up a personal account at the hotel for incidental charges.
6. Any cancellation or changes made after the deadline of October 23rd will result in a minimum of a change fee to possible trip forfeiture.
7. By accepting this trip and travel award, winners accept responsibility for all risks associated with travel, activities and participating in any related events. Winners hold harmless and release the Sponsoring Company and their officers and employees for any responsibility or liability for any risk, loss or damage that may occur during or as a result of the winner choosing to accept and participate in this travel award. Winner and Guest must execute a release & waiver before commencing on the trip, releasing the Sponsoring Company and its owners, employees, trip personnel, representatives, agents, directors, officers, successors and/or assigns from any and all claims for liability including but not limited to such liability arising from any acts or omissions resulting in injury or illness to body or property of trip participants while trip participants are participating in the trip including while in transit to and from city of trip event.
8. Non-compliance with rules by winner(s) may result in forfeiture of prize. The Winter Beach Party staff remains the final decision maker in all matters relating to the Winter Beach Party travel award.
9. All potential hazards, travel delays or related expenses remain the responsibility of the winner and guest.
10. A hospitality desk will be set up at the hotel to accommodate arrival reception as well as to assist with arranging excursions or sightseeing at reduced rates for our group at the winner’s expense.

12. All Federal, State and other local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
13. Participating in this contest constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, voice, and likeness for publicity purposes without any additional compensation to winner.
14. The travel award is non transferable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
15. All food and beverage is the winner’s responsibility, except the evening of the Beach Party and the daily breakfast buffet for two.
16. All checked baggage charges are the responsibility of the participate. You may carry on one carry-on sized bag and one personal item at no charge.
17. Gratuities are at the discretion of the winner. No group gratuity has been paid.
